I just purchased by first bag; it will most likely not be my last. I purchased the Boston from the minimalist line and it is fabulous. It has a big main compartment with enough smaller spaces to try to be a bit organized and the one external pocket which is a great size for phone or easy access items I was gifted the Ava wristlet which is perfect inside the Boston tote. I am very hard on bags but I can see already how well made this is. I love the feel and the smell of the new leather. LOVE IT!

I saw the advertisement for Janell Bags in Down East Magazine. Maine is a big part of my life and I have always loved the products made there. I ordered the Ava Wristlet in Cobalt Blue as a gift. I am beyond pleased with the craftsmanship of the product and the color is beyond awesome. I know that my niece will love it. She is also a big fan of Maine and their products. I will definitely be purchasing from your company again.

So many bags! It started with the large Ashley, some years ago. That first bag sold me on the craftsmanship, design and quality of the brand. Lizzie was another purchase – beautiful, functional work bag. Two Ava’s followed – both were gifts but only one ended up being a gift LOL! The Ava holds so much as a wristlet – and it is great to grab for a quick dash out the door. Next for me was the Emma – every woman needs a good crossbody bag and this is it! Perfect size to be crossbody yet holds so much. It is a true pleasure to support a Maine business! I’m not sure, but I would guess they never sleep! Just got my Chelsea today! I have been wanting this bag for a long time and I am over the moon over it!! It is so well made and smells divine!! Did I mention it is my 5th Janell bag?? I now own, Chelsea, Jenna, and two Ava’s. My daughter owns Kate, not to mention that we have 4 bracelets. It’s official – I have a Janell bag sickness!! I must have more!! Sold all of my Dooney’s on eBay and I’m never looking back! If you look at these bags as a little pricey, don’t let that stop you because you are getting MUCH MORE than your money’s worth!! These will last you a lifetime and they cost no more and maybe even less than some designer bags and I’ve already had designer bags fall apart on me! These will not!! So proud to carry these bags! I’m coming back for more!

I received my Jenna bag and Ava wristlet today. When I opened the box, I could NOT believe my eyes AND nose. First of all, I’ve always been a Dooney girl and I own many, but as soon as I saw the outstanding quality of this bag, I will no longer be purchasing Dooney’s!!! The quality and professional craftsmanship of this bag Both inside and out totally blew me away and it takes a LOT to do that as I am extremely picky about quality! I was also in shock over the size of the Ava wristlet! Very generously sized and perfect to carry my cosmetics! Thirdly, the leather smells divine – reminds me of a pair of Quoddy’s I owned 30 years ago!! Overall I love the light but substantial weight if the bag as I have problems with my shoulders and this is going to be a joy to carry! I was going to wait until Spring to switch my purses out but heck with that – I’m doing it TODAY!!! Janell, you do a fantastic job at making these bags! I usually only carry black purses but I’m definitely coming back to purchase some of the other lovely colors! I used to balk at paying a little more for a Dooney bag, but I’m not going to balk at buying these bags because they are well worth every cent!! Thank you so much for sharing your talents!!

Just received Jenna and Ava Wristlet in blue heather, such a great Spring & Summer color! I already have Jenna in black, plus 4 other bags from Janell! I can’t say enough about the quality of these made in USA bags!
