What is the size of the bags she typically carries?
- Very small – fits a wallet and phone
- Small – fits wallet, phone plus a few other items
- Medium – easily fit phone wallet plus has room for other essentials like a makeup pouch, glasses case etc.
- Large – works well for an office bag/ mom bag/ carryon etc. Basically she carries everything but the kitchen sink 🙂

What does her wardrobe look like?
Is it bright and colorful or neutral? Check her closet if you have access.
If you see a particular color theme there you can choose a bag of similar color or a coordinating color that would work well with her wardrobe color scheme.
Does she usually carry a bright or neutral bag?
Another way to narrow the search is thinking about the color of the bags she currently carries.
Consider the following:
- Do the bags have a color theme?
- Are the bags all neutral?
- Are the bags bright and colorful?
- Using her current taste is a great way to make an informed choice.
Does she like to switch purses for seasons or stick to the same one year round?
- Super bright colors are not as good for year round carrying.
- Darker colors like dark blue, brown tones, etc work well year round because they pair well with bright summer colors and subdued winter tones.

We recommend using a quality leather conditioner like Smiths Leather Balm periodically.

We ship via US Postal Service so if you have a PO Box, please enter that for your shipping address!

Returns
Satisfaction guaranteed! We want you to LOVE your bag! If you aren’t satisfied please give us a call and we will make sure you are!
Returns are allowed within 30 days for new and unused items only. Returns must be packaged properly to keep them from being crushed. (Items returned that are crushed and wrinkled will only receive a partial refund). You as the buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
When the item is returned within 30 days you will be refunded for the item or we can help you choose a different style/color to meet your needs. November and December purchases are able to be returned until January 31.
